As residents you are each given access to a personalized internet portal. You can use this portal to pay rent online, submit service requests, chat with other residents or even pay utilities. This portal can also be used for receiving your favorite sports news, headlines, stock quotes, e-commerce shopping center, local weather, movie showtimes and more.

The ResidentHubSM has replaced the old rent payment system and is now fully operational.

If you have not received your new username and password, please send an email to residentlogon@tpco.com. You must include your Full Name, Telephone Number, the property and unit where you will be living in your email. We will send your username and temporary password to you via return email ASAP.
